The Test Kitchen is Oklahoma's newest underground supper club. The Test Kitchen is the convergence of talented Chefs aligning with receptive palates at a moment in time. The Test Kitchen membership is open to anyone who appreciates the culinary arts and wants to taste the talent for themselves with others like themselves. The Test Kitchen is unique, and never the same twice. The Test Kitchen is a one-night culinary love-fest. The Test Kitchen is not a cooking class but a secret dining society. The Test Kitchen is pro-chefs, not anti-restaurant. The Test Kitchen serves a fixed menu for a set donation amount. The Test Kitchen is a playground for up and coming Chefs to demonstrate their mad skills. The Test Kitchen is a place for seasoned Chefs to test new menu items or push new culinary boundaries and show-off new techniques. The Test Kitchen is intimate, and uses a lottery system to select the 20 people at each event. The Test Kitchen will exist as long as there are curious Chefs who want to experiment with new methods, equipment, ingredients, cuisines and dishes. The Test Kitchen will exist as long as there are curious people willing to participate and support the culinary arts in Oklahoma via an underground supper club. The Test Kitchen is not recommended for picky eaters, people with eating disorders, people with serious food allergies or anyone claiming to be vegetarian when they really are only picky eaters in disguise.
